Here\u2019s how you make it&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Vanilla Cinnamon Apple Chia Pudding<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 medium apple cubed<\/li>\n<li>1 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp cinnamon (Ceylon Cinnamon) and more for the topping<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In a pan add the apple and honey and cinnamon and cook until the apples are soft.
